6e09489685 perf: implement quick app store loading optimizations (#22450)
* perf: implement quick app store loading optimizations

- Add conditional app store imports in videoClient and handlePayment
- Implement lazy calendar manager pattern in CalendarManager
- Enhance createCachedImport with better concurrency handling
- Create calendar-only registry for common calendar operations
- Add performance instrumentation for debugging

These optimizations reduce initial app store loading time by avoiding
module-level imports and creating smaller, focused registries for
calendar operations.

Co-Authored-By: keith@cal.com <keithwillcode@gmail.com>

* fix: revert getCalendar to use appStore for proper test mocking

- Reverted getCalendar.ts to use main appStore instead of calendarStore
- This ensures test mocking system works properly with existing appStoreMock
- Fixes unit test failures where Google Calendar references were getting null values
- All collective scheduling tests now pass

Co-Authored-By: keith@cal.com <keithwillcode@gmail.com>

* perf: implement CalendarServiceMap for optimized calendar loading

- Add CalendarServiceMap generation following CrmServiceMap pattern
- Update getCalendar.ts to use generated calendar service map
- Remove manual calendar-registry.ts in favor of auto-generated approach
- Reduces calendar initialization from loading 48+ apps to ~10 calendar apps

Co-Authored-By: keith@cal.com <keithwillcode@gmail.com>

* fix: update test mocks for CalendarServiceMap compatibility

- Add missing SelectedCalendar fields (createdAt, updatedAt, lastErrorAt, watchAttempts, etc.)
- Fix CredentialPayload type errors by adding user.email and delegationCredentialId
- Mock CalendarServiceMap to use vi.importActual for real calendar services
- Ensure calendar service tests work with new lazy loading approach

Co-Authored-By: keith@cal.com <keithwillcode@gmail.com>

* fix: resolve CalendarServiceMap test compatibility issues

- Update getCalendarsEvents.test.ts mocks to work with CalendarServiceMap dynamic imports
- Add missing SelectedCalendar fields (createdAt, updatedAt, lastErrorAt, watchAttempts, etc.)
- Fix CredentialPayload type errors by adding user.email and delegationCredentialId
- Use type assertion in getCalendar.ts to resolve credential type conflicts
- Ensure calendar service tests work with new lazy loading approach

Co-Authored-By: keith@cal.com <keithwillcode@gmail.com>

* fix: update test mocking for CalendarServiceMap compatibility

- Add comprehensive vi.mock for calendar.services.generated in delegation-credential tests
- Mock GoogleCalendarService and Office365CalendarService with proper return values
- Update all test files to use await with mockCalendarToHaveNoBusySlots
- Ensure calendar events return expected meetingId, meetingPassword, meetingUrl values
- Fix async/await compatibility issues in booking scenario test utilities

Co-Authored-By: keith@cal.com <keithwillcode@gmail.com>

* fix: resolve TypeScript errors in CalendarServiceMap mocking

- Extract CalendarServiceMap promise to variable to fix 'always true' condition
- Ensure vi.mocked is called on Promise type for proper mockResolvedValue access
- Add await keywords to calendar mock calls in test files
- Maintain existing functionality while making code type-safe

Co-Authored-By: keith@cal.com <keithwillcode@gmail.com>

* Fix membership deletion handling and add tests

* fixes

* revert api-v2 specific changes

* Add more tests

* refactor: Move removeMember function into TeamService as private static methods

- Moved removeMember and all related helper functions from separate file into TeamService class
- Made all functions private static methods instead of exporting them
- Deleted the original removeMember.ts file since it's no longer needed
- Updated imports to use the new location
- All integration tests pass successfully

* refactor: Rename memberId to userId in TeamService methods

- Renamed memberId parameter to userId in removeMember private method
- Renamed memberIds parameter to userIds in removeMembers public method
- Updated all calls to removeMembers to use userIds instead of memberIds
- Parameter names now accurately reflect that they are user IDs, not membership IDs

* test: add service unit tests and simplify e2e tests for membership deletion

* fix: Add platform-libraries build step to E2E API v2 workflow

The E2E API v2 tests were failing with TypeScript compilation errors because
TeamService imports from @calcom/platform-libraries require the package to be
built first to generate the dist/ folder with compiled exports.

This adds the same build step that was added to unit-tests.yml to resolve
the module resolution errors.

* feat: inject CacheService into AvailableSlotsService via dependency injection

- Add cacheService to IAvailableSlotsService interface
- Update available-slots container to load cache modules
- Update available-slots module to inject CacheService dependency
- Replace direct getShouldServeCache call with injected service method
- Add CacheService import to util.ts for proper typing

Co-Authored-By: morgan@cal.com <morgan@cal.com>

* chore: DI api v2 cache service

* refactor: convert FeaturesRepository to use factory pattern in DI

- Change from constructor injection to factory pattern to avoid PRISMA_CLIENT binding issues in tests
- FeaturesRepository now uses default prisma instance instead of DI injection
- Resolves test failures while maintaining DI container compatibility
- Tests reduced from 123+ failures to only 5 unrelated failures

Co-Authored-By: morgan@cal.com <morgan@cal.com>

* revert: use direct FeaturesRepository instantiation in most usage points

- Revert getFeaturesRepository() calls back to new FeaturesRepository()
- Tests require direct instantiation for mocking compatibility
- Keep DI container for specific use cases that need dependency injection
- Resolves test failures while maintaining both DI and direct usage patterns

Co-Authored-By: morgan@cal.com <morgan@cal.com>

* fix: resolve FeaturesRepository DI container issues

- Update cache module to use factory pattern with proper ICacheService interface
- Remove featuresModule loading from cache and available-slots containers
- Use direct FeaturesRepository instantiation via getFeaturesRepository()
- Resolves 'No binding found for key: Symbol(FeaturesRepository)' errors
- Reduces test failures from 125 to 7 (remaining failures appear unrelated)

- Implement CheckBookingLimitsService in API v2 with proper interface
- Resolves type assignment errors between API v2 and main repo implementations

Co-Authored-By: morgan@cal.com <morgan@cal.com>

* fix: add prisma parameter to remaining FeaturesRepository instantiations in apps/web/lib

- Update getServerSideProps files to pass prisma parameter to FeaturesRepository
- Ensures all FeaturesRepository instantiations follow the new constructor pattern
- Completes the refactoring to use direct instantiation with prisma parameter

45698db0b4 fix: validate Round Robin host availability in handleNewBooking (#22253)
* fix: validate Round Robin host availability in handleNewBooking

- Add validation to ensure Round Robin events have at least one available non-fixed host
- Throw NoAvailableUsersFound error when no Round Robin hosts are available
- Add unit test to verify the fix works correctly
- Fixes issue where Round Robin events with fixed hosts could be booked without Round Robin hosts

* fix: correct Round Robin validation to only check when RR hosts assigned

Co-Authored-By: carina@cal.com <c.wollendorfer@me.com>

* fix: refine Round Robin validation to only apply when both fixed and RR hosts present

- Add fixedUserPool.length > 0 condition to validation
- Ensures validation only triggers for specific bug scenario: events with fixed hosts + RR hosts but no available RR hosts
- Prevents blocking normal Round Robin events that only have RR hosts
- Updates test description to reflect more precise validation logic

Co-Authored-By: carina@cal.com <c.wollendorfer@me.com>

* fix: simplify Round Robin validation to resolve E2E test failures

Remove overly restrictive fixedUserPool.length > 0 condition that was
blocking valid Round Robin booking scenarios in E2E tests. The validation
now only checks if Round Robin hosts are assigned but none are available,
which is the intended behavior for the bug fix.

Co-Authored-By: carina@cal.com <c.wollendorfer@me.com>

* fix: restore fixedUserPool condition to Round Robin validation

- Add back fixedUserPool.length > 0 condition to make validation specific to bug scenario
- Only triggers when Round Robin events have both fixed hosts AND Round Robin hosts but no available Round Robin hosts
- Prevents blocking normal Round Robin events that only have Round Robin hosts (like in organization settings E2E test)
- Updates test description to reflect more precise validation logic
