* chore: Use no isolation and pooling for unit tests

* Added the params to main command

* Added back the base checkout

* Remove pooling

* Run against an 8vCPU machine

* Added pool=threads back

* Setting on 4vCPU since 8 is not needed due to workflow dependencies
