The afterAll hooks in PBAC-related e2e specs were deleting the global
'pbac' feature definition via featuresRepositoryFixture.deleteBySlug().
When multiple test suites run in parallel, one suite's cleanup would
delete the feature while other suites still depend on it, causing
intermittent failures.
Each test already creates its own team-level feature flag association
and cleans that up correctly. The global feature definition does not
need per-suite deletion and is better left intact to avoid cross-suite
interference.

* fix: admin wizard crash and prisma enum generator path resolution
1. Fix TypeError in WizardForm when license step is skipped:
- defaultStep was set to 3 (APPS) but only 2 steps existed when
hasValidLicense=true, causing steps[2] to be undefined
- Removed redundant double onNext() call in AdminUser onSuccess
- Extracted hasLicenseStep variable for clarity
2. Fix prisma enum generator not being directory-safe:
- Created run-enum-generator.js wrapper resolved by Prisma relative
to schema directory, so npx prisma commands work from any directory
Co-Authored-By: alex@cal.com <me@alexvanandel.com>
* fix: use bin entry for prisma enum generator path resolution
Changed provider from './run-enum-generator.js' (which Prisma doesn't
resolve relative to schema dir) to 'prisma-enum-generator' bin registered
in package.json. This ensures the generator is found via PATH regardless
of CWD.

Replace 3 sequential queries (with expensive attendee email IN clauses)
with 2 parallel queries using indexed eventType.teamId filtering and
in-application user filtering with Sets for O(1) lookups.
Fix managed events booking-limit behavior: managed bookings now only
match by organizer userId (not attendee email), preserving the original
query semantics where managed bookings used userId-only matching.

* fix: allow wildcard prefix in normalizeDomain function
The normalizeDomain function now accepts domains with *. prefix
(e.g., *.cal.com) for wildcard domain matching in the watchlist.

* feat: add wildcard domain matching to watchlist
When a domain is blocked in the watchlist (e.g., cal.com), all subdomains
are now also blocked (e.g., app.cal.com, sub.app.cal.com).

- Update GlobalBlockingService.isBlocked() and areBlocked() for wildcard matching
- Update OrganizationBlockingService.isBlocked() and areBlocked() for wildcard matching

- Added domainMatchesWatchlistEntry for configurable matching logic
- Updated GlobalBlockingService and OrganizationBlockingService
- Updated tests to verify new behavior

* refactor: simplify wildcard pattern generation to strip only first part
- Only strips the first part before the first dot
- Handles multi-part TLDs correctly (e.g., .co.uk)
- Returns empty array for two-part domains (e.g., cal.com -> no pattern)
- app.cal.com -> *.cal.com
- bloody-hell.cal.co.uk -> *.cal.co.uk

PERFORMANCE: The bookings/get endpoint was taking 24s due to materializing 400+ email
addresses as individual parameters in WHERE IN clauses. This caused massive UNION
queries that overwhelmed the database.
Changes:
- Replace IN clauses with Kysely subqueries for queries 4, 5, 6, and 7
- Query 4 & 5: Use subquery to get emails from users via Membership table
- Query 6: Use subquery to get event type IDs from EventType table
- Query 7: Use subquery to get user IDs from Membership table
- Only fetch user IDs when needed for userIds filter validation
- Add new getUserIdsFromTeamIds function (lighter version without emails)
Before: WHERE email IN ($1, $2, ..., $400+) - passes 400+ parameters
After: WHERE email IN (SELECT email FROM users JOIN Membership...) - passes only team IDs
This reduces parameter count from 400+ to typically 1-10 team IDs, letting the
database optimize the query execution plan.

## What does this PR do?
Follow-up to #27085 and #27092 - creates the database migration to drop the deprecated `startTime` and `endTime` columns from the `users` table.
These columns were marked as `// DEPRECATED - TO BE REMOVED` in the Prisma schema. The prerequisite PRs removed all code references to these columns, making it safe to now drop them from the database.
**Changes:**
- Remove `startTime` and `endTime` fields from the `User` model in `schema.prisma`
- Add migration to drop both columns from the `users` table
- Remove `startTime` and `endTime` from test builder (`packages/lib/test/builder.ts`)
## Mandatory Tasks (DO NOT REMOVE)
- [x] I have self-reviewed the code (A decent size PR without self-review might be rejected).
- [x] I have updated the developer docs in /docs if this PR makes changes that would require a [documentation change](https://cal.com/docs). N/A - internal schema cleanup
- [x] I confirm automated tests are in place that prove my fix is effective or that my feature works. N/A - schema migration only, existing tests should continue to pass
## How should this be tested?
1. Verify PRs #27085 and #27092 have been merged (prerequisite)
2. Run `yarn prisma generate` - should complete without errors
3. Run `yarn type-check:ci --force` - should pass (no code references these columns anymore)
4. Apply migration to a test database and verify columns are dropped
## Checklist
- [x] My code follows the style guidelines of this project
- [x] I have checked if my changes generate no new warnings
## Human Review Checklist
- [ ] Confirm PRs #27085 and #27092 are merged before merging this PR
- [ ] Verify no remaining code references to `user.startTime` or `user.endTime` in the codebase
- [ ] ⚠️ **Breaking change**: This permanently drops data from the `users` table. Ensure no external systems depend on these columns.

* refactor: remove Object.freeze hack in getConnectedCalendars
The previous implementation used Object.freeze to prevent the destinationCalendar
object from being mutated when looping through multiple calendar credentials.
This was a workaround for a bug where the wrong calendar's primaryEmail and
integrationTitle would be set when multiple credentials existed.
This refactor properly fixes the issue by:
1. Only setting destinationCalendar once (when first found)
2. Using a flag to track when the destination calendar is found in the current credential
3. Only setting primaryEmail and integrationTitle for the credential that contains
the destination calendar
Fixes the hack mentioned in: https://github.com/calcom/cal.com/pull/7644

* refactor: move destinationCalendar enrichment outside the loop
Per feedback, moved the destinationCalendar finding and enrichment
completely outside the Promise.all loop. After all connected calendars
are fetched, we search through the results to find and enrich the
destination calendar with primaryEmail and integrationTitle.

PR #27012 introduced logic to disable apps without valid keys during seeding.
This caused the alby payment app tests to fail because the alby app was
disabled in the App table when its environment keys weren't configured.
This fix adds an ensureAppEnabled helper function that enables the app
in the App table before running the tests, treating it as a mock/test
setup step.

* refactor: split large org creation transaction into smaller batches
The prisma.team.create call at L418 was creating the organization along with
all orgProfiles and memberships in a single large transaction, which could
timeout when there are many members.
This change splits the operation into smaller, separate transactions:
1. Create the organization (team) with just metadata and organizationSettings
2. Create org profiles in batches of 50 using Promise.all
3. Create memberships in batches of 100 using createMany
4. Fetch created profiles to rebuild the member-profile mapping
This approach avoids transaction timeouts while maintaining the same
functionality and data integrity.

- Not tied to individual user accounts
- Better audit trail
Required setup:
- Create a GitHub App with contents:write permission
- Install the app on calcom/cal.com and calcom/test-results-2
