Everton Resende a71d62dc33 fix(ui): change phone booking display from Organizer Phone Number to Phone Call (#27636)
* fix(ui): change phone booking display from Organizer Phone Number to Phone Call

The label \"Organizer Phone Number\" was confusing for attendees on the
booking page, as it exposed internal terminology. Replaced with the
more user-friendly \"Phone Call\" label across the booking UI, companion
app, and test assertions.

Closes #13010

* fix: remove duplicate phone_call i18n key

The phone_call key already existed in en/common.json (line 1685,
Cal.ai Voice Agent section). Removed the duplicate entry we added.

8a7cf24f90 feat(companion): add upcoming bookings widget for iOS and Android (#27199)
* feat(companion): add upcoming bookings widget for iOS and Android

- Add iOS widget using @bacons/apple-targets with SwiftUI
- Add Android widget using react-native-android-widget
- Configure App Groups for iOS data sharing between app and widget
- Create widget sync hook to update widget data when bookings change
- Widget displays up to 5 upcoming bookings with title, time, and attendee
- Widget refreshes every 15 minutes and when app goes to background

Co-Authored-By: peer@cal.com <peer@cal.com>

* fix(companion): refactor useWidgetSync to avoid React Compiler limitation

Move conditional logic outside of try/catch block to fix React Compiler
error: 'Support value blocks (conditional, logical, optional chaining,
etc) within a try/catch statement'

Co-Authored-By: peer@cal.com <peer@cal.com>

* fix(companion): fix widget data sync issues

- Fix Swift widget to read data as JSON string (format used by react-native-shared-group-preferences)
- Add fallback to read as raw Data for compatibility
- Fix query key mismatch by checking multiple common filter combinations
- Ensure widget finds cached bookings regardless of which filter the app used

Co-Authored-By: peer@cal.com <peer@cal.com>

* fix(companion): use ExtensionStorage from @bacons/apple-targets for widget data

- Replace react-native-shared-group-preferences with ExtensionStorage
- ExtensionStorage properly stores data in iOS App Groups
- Add ExtensionStorage.reloadWidget() call to trigger widget refresh
- This ensures the widget picks up new data immediately

* feat(companion): add upcoming bookings widget for ios - all shapes (#27564)

* ios working widget

* fix(companion): remove sensitive data logging from widget storage

Remove console.log statements that were logging full widgetData payload
and formatted widget bookings containing attendee names and booking
details. This addresses security concerns identified by Cubic AI review
(confidence 9/10).

* fix(companion): remove stale relative countdowns and fix past-time clamping in Android widget

- Remove relative countdown text (In 15m, In 1h, Now) that becomes stale
due to Android widget 30+ min update interval (Cubic violation 2)
- Remove Math.max(0, minutes) clamping that caused ended meetings to
display as 'Now' indefinitely (Cubic violation 1)
- Simplify accent color logic to use startTimeISO directly
- Keep absolute time display (date + startTime) which remains accurate

+2 2d514a2a3e feat: companion alert system for browser extension (#26613)
* feat: companion alert system for browser extension

* feat: implement cross-platform alert system for browser extension

- Add ToastContext.tsx with global toast provider for managing toast state
- Add GlobalToast.tsx centered toast component for web/browser extension
- Modify alerts.ts to be platform-aware (native Alert on iOS/Android, toast on web)
- Add showInfoAlert function for informational alerts
- Update _layout.tsx to wrap app with ToastProvider and GlobalToast
- Export new toast context and alert functions from index files

* style: update toast to white/black design system

- Use white background with gray border
- Use black icons and text colors
- Match companion app design system

* open the toast at the center

* refactor: migrate event-types/index.tsx to unified alert system

- Remove inline toast state (showToast, toastMessage) and showToastMessage function
- Remove inline toast UI component at the end of the file
- Migrate all platform-specific Alert.alert calls to showSuccessAlert/showErrorAlert
- Simplifies code by using cross-platform alert utilities

* refactor: migrate useBookingActions.ts to unified alert system

- Add showSuccessAlert import alongside showErrorAlert
- Migrate all Alert.alert('Success', ...) calls to showSuccessAlert
- Affected handlers: handleSubmitReschedule, handleRescheduleWithValues,
 handleSubmitCancel, handleCancelBooking, handleConfirmBooking,
 handleRejectBooking, handleSubmitReject, handleInlineConfirm

* refactor: migrate useBookingActionModals.ts to unified alert system

- Add showSuccessAlert import alongside showErrorAlert
- Migrate all Alert.alert('Success', ...) calls to showSuccessAlert
- Affected handlers: handleAddGuests, handleUpdateLocation, handleMarkNoShow

* refactor: migrate medium-priority screens to unified alert system

- AvailabilityDetailScreen.ios.tsx: 4 Alert.alert calls migrated
- RescheduleScreen.tsx/ios/android: 3 Alert.alert calls each migrated
- EditLocationScreen.tsx/ios: 4 Alert.alert calls each migrated
- Removed unused Alert imports

* refactor: migrate remaining medium-priority screens to unified alert system

- BookingDetailScreen.tsx: 2 Alert.alert calls migrated
- AvailabilityListScreen.tsx: 1 Alert.alert call migrated
- AddGuestsScreen.tsx: 6 Alert.alert calls migrated
- MarkNoShowScreen.tsx: 2 Alert.alert calls migrated
- EditAvailabilityOverrideScreen.tsx: 4 Alert.alert calls migrated
- EditAvailabilityOverrideScreen.ios.tsx: 2 Alert.alert calls migrated
- Removed unused Alert imports

* refactor: migrate medium-priority app routes to unified alert system

Migrated 24 app route files from direct Alert.alert() calls to unified
alert utilities (showErrorAlert, showSuccessAlert, showInfoAlert):

- reschedule.tsx, reschedule.ios.tsx
- edit-location.tsx, edit-location.ios.tsx
- add-guests.tsx, add-guests.ios.tsx
- mark-no-show.tsx, mark-no-show.ios.tsx
- view-recordings.tsx, view-recordings.ios.tsx
- meeting-session-details.tsx, meeting-session-details.ios.tsx
- profile-sheet.tsx, profile-sheet.ios.tsx
- edit-availability-hours.tsx, edit-availability-hours.ios.tsx
- edit-availability-day.tsx, edit-availability-day.ios.tsx
- edit-availability-name.tsx, edit-availability-name.ios.tsx
- edit-availability-override.tsx, edit-availability-override.ios.tsx
- booking-detail.tsx, booking-detail.ios.tsx

This enables cross-platform alert support where native Alert.alert()
is used on iOS/Android and toast notifications on web (browser extension).

* refactor: migrate lower-priority components to unified alert system

Migrated Alert.alert calls to showSuccessAlert/showErrorAlert/showInfoAlert in:
- event-types/index.ios.tsx (copy link, delete, duplicate success alerts)
- event-type-detail.tsx (copy link, create/update success, validation errors, info alerts)
- deep-links.ts (error alerts for link failures)
- LogoutButton.tsx (error alert)
- BookingModals.tsx and .ios.tsx (report booking info alerts)
- AdvancedTab.tsx (info alert for unsaved event type)
- BookingListScreen.tsx (success/error/info alerts for bulk actions)

Confirmation dialogs with buttons remain as Alert.alert (out of scope).

* fix: restore Alert import for confirmation dialogs, migrate remaining info alert

- AdvancedTab.tsx: Added back Alert import for timezone selector confirmation dialog (out of scope), migrated private links info alert to showInfoAlert
- deep-links.ts: Added back Alert import for request reschedule confirmation dialog (out of scope)

* some ui dialoes were missing

* fixed multi hours ui issues on Availability detail page for android and web

* fix: add __DEV__ check for web platform in showErrorAlert

The showErrorAlert function was showing error toasts to production users
on web platform, bypassing the __DEV__ check that exists for native platforms.
This fix ensures consistent behavior across all platforms - error alerts
are only shown in development mode, while production errors are logged
to console.

* fix: address dual dialogs on web and onSuccess timing issues

- BookingDetailScreen.tsx: Add Platform.OS === 'android' guard to AlertDialog
to prevent dual dialogs rendering on web (FullScreenModal + AlertDialog)
- RescheduleScreen.android.tsx: Restore original Alert.alert with callback
to ensure onSuccess() is called after user dismisses the alert

Co-Authored-By: unknown <>

* fix: restore Alert.alert with callback for native platforms

- AddGuestsScreen.tsx: Use platform-specific handling - Alert.alert with
callback on iOS/Android, showSuccessAlert on web
- EditAvailabilityOverrideScreen.tsx: Same pattern - wait for user
acknowledgment on native platforms before calling onSuccess()

Co-Authored-By: unknown <>

* fix: RescheduleScreen timing and GlobalToast useState pattern

- RescheduleScreen.tsx: Use platform-specific handling - Alert.alert with
callback on iOS/Android, showSuccessAlert on web
- GlobalToast.tsx: Replace useMemo with useState for Animated.Value to
 guarantee instance preservation across renders

* feat(companion): new event type detail page (#26678)

* fix: skip stale run-ci label check on workflow re-runs (#26590)

* fix: trust community PRs when maintainer pushes to the branch

When a maintainer merges main into a community PR branch, the new SHA
invalidates the run-ci label timing check because the label was added
before the new push. This fix adds a check to trust the PR if the
person who pushed the latest commit has write access.

This handles the case where a maintainer:
- Merges main into a community PR to resolve conflicts
- Pushes any changes to help the contributor

The security model is maintained because:
- Only users with write access can trigger this trust
- The maintainer has reviewed the code by pushing to it

Co-Authored-By: anik@cal.com <adhabal2002@gmail.com>

* fix: skip stale label check on workflow re-runs

Instead of implicitly trusting maintainer pushes (which could be just
a sync action without code review), use github.run_attempt to detect
re-runs. If run_attempt > 1, it means the workflow was explicitly
re-triggered (via run-ci.yml or manual re-run), so we skip the stale
label check.

This avoids the need to remove and re-add the 'run-ci' label after
syncing a community PR with main, while keeping the explicit approval
flow intact.

* feat: add Devin PR conflict resolver workflow (#26624)

* feat: add Devin PR conflict resolver workflow

Adds a GitHub Actions workflow that automatically detects PRs with merge
conflicts and spins up Devin sessions to resolve them.

How it works:
1. Triggers on push to main branch (when main updates could cause conflicts)
2. Also supports manual trigger via workflow_dispatch
3. Lists all open PRs and checks their mergeable status
4. For PRs with conflicts (mergeable=false, mergeable_state=dirty):
 - Checks if a Devin session was already created (avoids duplicates)
 - Creates a new Devin session with instructions to resolve conflicts
 - Posts a comment on the PR with the Devin session link

The workflow follows the same pattern as cubic-devin-review.yml for
consistency.

When a fork is deleted after a PR is created, pr.head.repo can be null

Added a null check that fails gracefully with a clear error message

Dhairyashil Shinde 60a4d3f2b4 feat(companion): Add DropdownMenu and Alert Dialog for Android (#26385)
* feat(companion): add DropdownMenu for Android event types list

Replace Alert.alert with react-native-reusables DropdownMenu component
for Android event type list items, providing a native-feeling menu
experience that matches iOS functionality.

Changes:
- Install react-native-reusables dropdown-menu component and dependencies
 (lucide-react-native, tailwindcss-animate, class-variance-authority,
 clsx, tailwind-merge)
- Create EventTypeListItem.android.tsx with DropdownMenu implementation
 - Single ellipsis button triggers dropdown menu
 - Menu includes: Preview, Copy link, Edit, Duplicate, Delete
 - Delete action marked as destructive variant
 - Proper safe area insets handling
- Add PortalHost to app/_layout.tsx for portal rendering support
- Create lib/utils.ts with cn() helper for className merging
- Update global.css with theme CSS variables (popover, border, accent,
destructive, etc.) for dropdown menu styling
- Update tailwind.config.js with theme colors and tailwindcss-animate plugin
- Update metro.config.js with inlineRem: 16 for proper rem unit handling
- Remove Android Alert.alert fallback from event types index.tsx
- Fix lint issues in generated dropdown-menu.tsx (remove unnecessary fragments)

The Android experience now matches iOS with a single menu button that
opens a dropdown containing all event type actions, replacing the
previous Alert.alert dialog and separate action buttons.

* adjust with of menu

* feat(companion): add DropdownMenu for Android booking and availability list items

- Add BookingListItem.android.tsx with DropdownMenu for booking actions
- Add BookingDetailScreen.android.tsx with DropdownMenu in header
- Add AvailabilityListItem.android.tsx with DropdownMenu for schedule actions

Actions include: Reschedule, Edit Location, Add Guests, View Recordings,
Meeting Session Details, Mark as No-Show, Report Booking, Cancel Event
for bookings; Set as Default, Duplicate, Delete for availability schedules.

* fix lint issues

* feat(android): replace native alerts with AlertDialog and Toast in event types

- Install AlertDialog and Alert components from react-native-reusables
- Create Android-specific event types screen (index.android.tsx)
- Replace native Alert.alert() with AlertDialog for delete confirmation
- Add inline validation errors (red border + error text) in create modal
- Implement Toast snackbar for success/error notifications (no layout shift)
- Auto-dismiss toast after 2.5 seconds
- Fix React Compiler compatibility by removing animated refs

This provides a more consistent and polished UI experience on Android,
matching the design system used in other parts of the app.

* feat(android): add AlertDialog for availability delete and booking cancel

- Add index.android.tsx for availability with AlertDialog for delete confirmation
- Add index.android.tsx for bookings with AlertDialog for cancel (with reason input)
- Both screens include Toast snackbar for success/error notifications
- Follows the same pattern as event types Android implementation

* feat(companion): add DropdownMenu and AlertDialog for Android

- Replace native Alert.alert context menus with DropdownMenu component
for event types, bookings, and availability lists
- Replace FullScreenModal with AlertDialog for create/delete/cancel flows
- Add toast notifications for success/error feedback on Android
- Set consistent 380px max-width for all AlertDialogs
- Fix layout headers showing "index" text on event-types and availability
- Create Android-specific More screen with AlertDialog logout confirmation

Uses react-native-reusables components for polished Android UI

* better code

* fix cubics comments

* refactor(android): revert delete confirmations to native Alert.alert()

- Logout: reverted to native Alert.alert() (simple yes/no)
- Event Types Delete: reverted to native Alert.alert() (simple yes/no)
- Availability Delete: reverted to native Alert.alert() (simple yes/no)

Keep AlertDialog only where user input is needed:
- Event Types Create (has TextInput for title)
- Availability Create (has TextInput for name)
- Bookings Cancel (has TextInput for cancellation reason)

* refactor(android): remove redundant index.android.tsx files

The main index.tsx files already handle Android via Platform.OS checks.
Android-specific behavior for actions is in the list item components:
- EventTypeListItem.android.tsx
- BookingListItem.android.tsx
- AvailabilityListItem.android.tsx

This consolidates the code and reduces duplication.

* corrected the implementation both native and alert dialog

* address cubics comments

* fix lint issue and address cubic comments

* feat(companion): add pre-commit lint check with --max-warnings=0

- Add companion lint check to root lint-staged.config.mjs
- Runs 'bun run lint -- --fix --max-warnings=0' for companion files
- Follows same pattern as apps/packages lint check
- Supports SKIP_WARNINGS=1 env var to bypass warning check if needed
- Commit will fail if any ESLint errors or warnings are present

* fix(companion): restore state variables and imports removed during ESLint fixes

- Restore locationAddress, locationLink, locationPhone state variables in event-type-detail.tsx (still used in fetchEventTypeData)
- Restore Alert import in BookingListScreen.tsx (still used for report booking)
- Add eslint-disable comments for the restored state variables since they're only used by setters

* test

* test

* fix eslint pre commit check

* fix: In React Native, HTML entities like ' are rendered literally as text, not decoded like in web browsers

* refactor(companion): remove ESLint and Prettier config in preparation for Biome

* feat(companion): add Biome for linting and formatting

- Install @biomejs/biome with exact version pinning (2.3.10)
- Add biome.json with formatting settings matching previous Prettier config
- Add lint, format, check, and check:ci scripts to package.json
- Update lint-staged to use Biome instead of Prettier
- Remove Prettier and prettier-plugin-tailwindcss dependencies
- Delete .prettierrc.js configuration file

* style(companion): apply Biome formatting and fix lint-staged config

- Update lint-staged to use 'biome format' instead of 'biome check'
(pre-commit should only format, not lint)
- Apply Biome formatting to all companion files

* feat(companion): configure Biome for strict linting with pre-commit enforcement

- Apply Biome unsafe fixes (unused imports, optional chaining, etc.)
- Configure biome.json rules to disable overly strict rules for existing code:
 - noExplicitAny, noArrayIndexKey, useIterableCallbackReturn (suspicious)
 - useExhaustiveDependencies, noUnusedFunctionParameters (correctness)
 - noStaticOnlyClass (complexity)
 - noNonNullAssertion (style)
 - noStaticElementInteractions (a11y)
- Update lint-staged to use 'biome check --write --error-on-warnings'
(pre-commit now runs both formatting AND linting, fails on warnings)

* fix(companion): enable noNonNullAssertion rule and fix all violations

- Enable noNonNullAssertion rule in biome.json (set to 'error')
- Fix 7 violations across the codebase:
 - hooks/useBookings.ts: Add runtime check before API call

Benny JooandDevin AI 8afe87ff75 refactor: Move trpc-dependent components from features to web [1] (#25859)
* refactor: migrate UnconfirmedBookingBadge from features to apps/web

Move UnconfirmedBookingBadge.tsx from packages/features/bookings/ to
apps/web/modules/bookings/components/ as part of the architectural
refactor to remove trpc client imports from the features layer.

Also removes unused preserveBookingsQueryParams function from Navigation.tsx.

Co-Authored-By: benny@cal.com <sldisek783@gmail.com>

* refactor: move shell navigation and badges to apps/web

Move shell navigation components and trpc-using badges from
packages/features to apps/web/modules to fix circular dependency:

- Move navigation folder to apps/web/modules/shell/navigation/
- Move TeamInviteBadge.tsx to apps/web/modules/shell/
- Create Shell wrapper in apps/web that provides MobileNavigationContainer
- Update all Shell imports in apps/web to use the new wrapper
- Remove MobileNavigationContainer default from features Shell.tsx
- Fix pre-existing lint warnings in touched files

This establishes the pattern for migrating React components that use
trpc hooks from the features layer to the web app layer, ensuring
proper dependency direction: apps/web imports from packages/features,
never the reverse.

Co-Authored-By: benny@cal.com <sldisek783@gmail.com>

* fix: move SideBar.tsx to apps/web to fix build error

SideBar.tsx was importing Navigation from the moved navigation folder,
causing a build error. Moving SideBar.tsx to apps/web and updating the
features Shell to not have a default SidebarContainer fixes this.

The web Shell wrapper now provides both the default SidebarContainer
and MobileNavigationContainer, maintaining the injection pattern.

* refactor(companion): extract AvailabilityDetailScreen with AppPressable migration

Apply Phases 2, 3, 4 to availability-detail.tsx:
- Phase 2: Extract screen logic (~995 lines) to components/screens/AvailabilityDetailScreen.tsx
- Route file is now a minimal ~35 line wrapper with Stack.Screen config
- Phase 3: ScrollView+map pattern kept (7 days is a fixed small list, FlatList not needed)
- Phase 4: Migrate all TouchableOpacity to AppPressable (63 instances)

Follows the same pattern as EventTypeDetailScreen extraction.

- This allows sidebar items to be clickable while transparent area remains click-through

* feat(companion): center all modals on full screen in browser extension (#25380)

* fix: companion-full-width-iframe

* center the popups on extension view

* feat(companion): center all modals on full screen in browser extension

- Created FullScreenModal component that expands iframe to full width
- Updated content script to handle instant iframe expansion/collapse
- Converted 17 modals across 6 files to use FullScreenModal
- All modals now appear centered on full browser viewport
- Removed animations for instant modal appearance
- Mobile app behavior remains unchanged

Files updated:
- companion/components/FullScreenModal.tsx (new)
- companion/extension/entrypoints/content.ts
- companion/app/(tabs)/event-types.tsx (5 modals)
- companion/app/(tabs)/bookings.tsx (2 modals)
- companion/app/(tabs)/availability.tsx (3 modals)
- companion/app/booking-detail.tsx (2 modals)
- companion/app/availability-detail.tsx (4 modals)
- companion/components/Header.tsx (1 modal)

* security(companion): validate postMessage origin in content script

Add origin and source validation to postMessage listener to prevent
malicious scripts on host pages from manipulating the companion iframe.

- Verify event.source matches iframe.contentWindow
- Verify event.origin matches iframe origin (localhost:8081)
- Reject all unauthorized messages before processing

This prevents external scripts from:
- Forcing full-screen overlays
- Intercepting pointer events
- Manipulating the companion UI

* fix(companion): center 'Add new event type' modal on full screen

Replace KeyboardAvoidingView with TouchableOpacity pattern in the
create event type modal to ensure it appears centered on the full
screen like all other modals.

This was the last remaining modal that wasn't properly centered.

* fix(companion): resolve modal transition timing issue

Fixed the 'Add new event type' modal not centering properly by:

- Added 100ms delay when transitioning between modals
- Prevents conflicting expand/collapse messages
- Removed redundant postMessage calls from modal handlers
- Added max-height constraint to modal content
- Cleaned up debug console logs

The issue was that when clicking 'New Event Type' from the 'New' menu,
both modals were transitioning simultaneously, causing the create modal
to collapse immediately. The delay ensures proper sequencing.

All 17 modals now work correctly and appear centered on full screen.
